This stable and established commercial general contractor and needs your assistance managing from office operations. Answer phones, take messages for upper management. Assist company president with travel and meeting planning . Order all office supplies and manage inter office communications by drafting emails and memos. Your professional demeanor, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask are key in this varied role.

Responsibilities for the Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant:

· Answer phones in a warm and professional manner, screen callers, take and relay accurate messages for company executives

· Order office supplies

· Assist company president with travel and meeting planning

· Handle incoming and outgoing daily mail

Requirements for the Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant:

· A professional and friendly phone manner

· Some relevant work experience

· High attention to detail

· The able to prioritize

· Skilled in MS Office

· Good composition skills

Compensation for the Reception/Administrative Assistant: $50,000 annually
