Executive Assistant to CEO – 3 weeks vacation and 17 paid holidays – hybrid
This prestigious community service organization firm is seeking a top-notch assistant to support the CEO. Assist with travel and ( virtual) event planning, board of directors meeting preparation and agency initiatives requiring a high level of confidentiality. Your confident, outgoing personality is appreciated here.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
· Provide support to the CEO including meeting and travel management
· Act as liaison between President, CEO, and staff
· Use strong MS office skills for report and correspondence preparation
· Handle all preparation for Board of Directors meetings
Desired Qualifications for the Executive Assistant
5+ years related administrative experience
Ability to handle confidential data with discretion
An outgoing, poised and professional manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adept with technology and accurate numeric skills
Compensation for the Executive Assistant $80,000.00 annually DOE
