Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator- Outdoor/ Sports Equipment:

· Process orders, confirm shipments, troubleshoot and problem solve

· Act as the go-between for the outside sales team

· Take care of the dealers and retailers worldwide

· Assist the CS Director with bookkeeping related projects

Desired Qualifications of the Customer Service Coordinator- Outdoor/ Sports Equipment

· BA or AA Degree

· Retail or restaurant experience is appreciated here (while in school fine)

· Smart, able to change gears quickly

· A clear, upbeat communicator

· Proficient in MS Office, solid Excel

Compensation for the Customer Service Coordinator- Outdoor/ Sports Equipment $52,000.00
