Respond to client inquiries, enter account information into CRM . Manage files and incoming mail. Assist with simple bookkeeping projects, create reports in Excel , respond to client inquiries via email and letter. Your flexibility, desire to learn and grow and great customer service skills are appreciated in this varied, responsible position.

Primary responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
Assist company President/ Owner with a variety of tasks; update client account information, track incoming paperwork, research, and retrieve information from the data base, create Excel spreadsheets
Manage files, bills to be paid, and calls to be returned

Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:

Great verbal and written communication skills
A “can do” attitude, enjoys being an administrative assistant
Solid of MS Office knowledge, can create a working spreadsheet
Pays close attention to detail and is well organized
Career oriented; wants to join a growing, national firm that is headquartered in the PNW
Starting salary for the Administrative Assistant: $60,000-$65,000/ annual DOE
